1) No swearing. however, things like "crap" and "dang" are fine.
2) No killing off another person's character without asking first.
3) Please be original with your characters. They can't really be "tormented" or "like killing people" because they have almost no memory at all. You can also opt for your character's personality to develop as the story goes along, which is often what happens with a lot of characters. And as for killing people, refer to Rule #2.
4) I will control all major plot advances. Don't suddenly discover a way out, because it's not that simple.
